Our enthusiastic staff is trained to provide your child with new and exciting challenges each week offering a friendly, secure environment in which to explore and learn! Lessons on all apparatus are modified to the special needs of the preschooler using age appropriate equipment.

Our boys and girls recreational gymnastics programs are based on guidelines set forth by USA gymnastics. Athletes will receive instruction on all Olympic gymnastics events. The classes are designed to build strength, flexibility, confidence, promote teamwork, increase fitness and teach basic gymnastic skills.
